Canada is well known for its restrictive conditions of admission of foreign graduates from the field of medical sciences in the national or provincial boards. One of the prominent researchers working on that field is Mrs. Marie-Thérèse CHICHA who is a professor at the Social Science faculty of the University of Montreal in Canada. She has been observing the (mis)management of foreign experts by the Canadian government since decades. Her conclusions are more that critical. In the following article (in french), the reader could have an idea of the research works of Mrs. CHICHA: Article – Prof Marie Therese Chicha – Mirage de l egalite

However, it is astonishing to realise that the phenomena of « de-qualification » is not exclusively a Canadian disease.
