The research focuses on materials-related questions motivated by energy conversion, including, e. g., photovoltaics, electrochemistry, structural materials.
\nHigh performance computational facilities are available, as well as cutting edge surface and interface analytical techniques within the laboratories associated to the IMPRS-SurMat and excellent opportunities for collaborations.<\/p>\n

Students holding an excellent master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, mechanical engineering or related subjects are invited to apply.
\nThe school offers funding, the application of students with own funding is also welcome.<\/p>\n
