\"\"<\/span>Le 9 juillet 2014, le Sud Soudan a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 les 3 ans de son ind\u00e9pendance. Ce fut\u00a0dans un contexte politique marqu\u00e9 par une profonde instabilit\u00e9. C\u2019est le triste sort de tout \u00c9tat africain postcolonial :\u00a0n\u00e9 pour mourir. Tout comme l\u2019\u00c9rythr\u00e9e qui acquit son ind\u00e9pendance en 1993 apr\u00e8s trois d\u00e9cennies de guerre contre l\u2019\u00c9thiopie, la r\u00e9publique du Sud Soudan n\u2019a pas longtemps c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 son ind\u00e9pendance. La paix n\u2019aura effectivement dur\u00e9 que le temps des festivit\u00e9s marquant sa s\u00e9paration du grand Soudan d\u2019Umar Hassan Ahmad al-BASHIR. 3 ans apr\u00e8s la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de l\u2019accession \u00e0 l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et la formation du premier gouvernement, le Sud-Soudan a vite fait de devenir ce qu\u2019il devrait \u00eatre\u00a0: un \u00c9tat africain postcolonial normal. Ce fut exactement le m\u00eame sc\u00e9nario du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9rythr\u00e9e. La paix ne dura que 5 ann\u00e9es. Car apr\u00e8s leur ind\u00e9pendance en 1993, le pays replongea dans une guerre frontali\u00e8re avec l\u2019\u00c9thiopie en 1998, mettant provisoirement un terme au r\u00eave de nombreux \u00c9rythr\u00e9ens qui voyaient dans la souverainet\u00e9 nationale si durement acquise une porte ouverte sur un avenir de paix et de prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour mieux comprendre les raisons de cette \u00ab\u00a0mal\u00e9diction\u00a0\u00bb historique qui condamne tout \u00c9tat africain postcolonial \u00e0 la d\u00e9flagration, l\u2019on peut se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer avec grand int\u00e9r\u00eat au livre suivant\u00a0:<\/p>\n

Following a successful referendum on independence for the Autonomous Region of Eritrea on 23-25 April 1993, a National Assembly, composed entirely of the People’s Front for Democracy and Justice or PFDJ, was established as a transitional legislature and a Constitutional Commission was established to draft a constitution; ISAIAS Afworki was named president by the transitional legislature; the constitution, ratified in May 1997, did not enter into effect, pending parliamentary and presidential elections; parliamentary elections were scheduled in December 2001 but were postponed indefinitely; currently the PFDJ is the sole legal party and controls all national, regional, and local political offices.<\/p>\n
