All reference letters must be submitted\u00a0<strong>online<\/strong>\u00a0by November\u00a0<strong>22nd<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>NEW<\/strong>\u00a0applications and by November\u00a0<strong>15th\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0<strong>RENEWAL<\/strong>applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>N.B.<\/strong>The first time you log on you will have access to a page stating that your account is restricted.
