The Postdoctoral Research Group (PRG) \u201cSustainable Future\u201d at the newly established Center for a Sustainable University at the Universit\u00e4t Hamburg was launched in April 2012 and aims at attracting excellent junior researchers with a clear potential to develop and realize their projects under the banner of sustainability research.<\/p>\n
The PRG offers postdoctoral fellowships in a vibrant environment, which includes the membership in a specific department within the Universit\u00e4t Hamburg. This dual membership in the PRG and an individual department enables the fellows to conduct research into problems, issues and perspectives of sustainability in a broader context and to engage in a continuous academic exchange with colleagues from their own discipline.<\/p>\n
The Center offers 2 Year-Fellowships: Applications from all disciplines are welcome.<\/p>\n Application deadlines:<\/strong>\u00a0twice a year by 30th June and by 31st December.<\/span><\/p>\n Please note that you will have to provide a letter of intent from an active professor at the Universit\u00e4t Hamburg<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>full-time grants of 2,200 Euro per month (for living costs), plus 150 Euro per month for travel expenses and research costs part-time grants of 800 Euro per month to cover travel and material costs (in the case of third-party funding)<\/p>\n
