Known as Kent\u2019s 50th\u00a0Anniversary Scholars, successful candidates will demonstrate academic excellence and\u00a0outstanding research potential. Scholarships will be offered at the standard UK Research\u00a0Councils\u2019 rate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Criteria<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nCandidates must hold a good Honours degree (First or 2i) or a Master\u2019s degree at merit or\u00a0distinction in a relevant subject or equivalent.<br \/>\nThe scholarship competition is open to all postgraduate research applicants.
