Course Content:<\/span><\/p>\n

The University of Kassel plays a leading role in environmental studies and is one of Germany’s outstanding universities in the field of environmental education and research. ISU offers specially-designed seminars concentrating on the environmental and technological aspects of engineering, business and politics. English-taught seminars are offered in (e.g.):<\/span><\/p>\n

– Adaptation Strategies to Climate Change<\/span>
\n – Environmental Engineering and Environmental Studies<\/span>
\n – Earthquake Engineering<\/span><\/p>\n

German Language Courses:<\/span>
\n In addition to the academic seminars in the respective disciplines, all students attend intensive German language courses. These courses are offered at three different levels (from beginner’s to advanced). Participants will have plenty of opportunities to practice their language skills while staying with a host family or meeting with students from the Kassel campus during \u00ab\u00a0tandem\u00a0\u00bb meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n
