He passed away on June 14th, 2011 at the Yaoundé University Hospital (Cameroun) at the age of 85, following a long illness. Professor Victor Anomah Ngu was not only popular as a brilliant physicist and as a devoted civil servant who was once honoured with the position of Minister of Public Health of his home country Cameroon (1984-1988). He was known for his scientific contribution in cancer research and HIV-AIDS. Indeed, he developed the vaccine VANHIVAX and claimed to have cured several HIV-AIDS patients. Even if the scientific community is yet to acknowledge the findings of Professor Victor Anomah Ngu regarding his vaccine VANHIVAX, scientists from almost all the world have since decades honoured this Cameroonian researcher and practitioner who got the opportunity to benefit from the large experience of his master, the inventor of penicillin (Alexander Fleming). If one considers the challenge that imposes HIV-AIDS to the human community in general and to Africa in particular, one may conclude that Professor Anomah Ngu leaves the battle front exactly at the moment we direly need him. May his soul rest in peace.

A biography of Professor Anomah Ngu is available on the website of his clinic: http://cellularwisdom.org/van_cv.html

He was born on the 1st of February 1926 in Buea (South-West Cameroon).
