This means that there will be at least one Erasmus Mundus grant that will be awarded to a candidate of one of the following countries: Western Balkans and Turkey, \u00a0Tunisia and Egypt, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, \u00a0Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.We therefore especially encourage students of these countries to apply, as they have an increased chance to obtain a grant. The deadline for these candidates has been extended to <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">3 February 2012<\/span><\/strong> (normal deadline for Erasmus Mundus grants Cat A is 15 January 2012).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Study programme<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over the study programme, students move between the partner institutions. Students start at UNESCO-IHE in Delft (The Netherlands). The second semester, they move at Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague (Czech Republic). The third semester, they study at Ghent University (Gent, Belgium) (Figure). The fourth semester is reserved for thesis research, which is conducted at one of the partner institutes or with an associate partner.
