PhD fellowship in the field of ancient Greek history (Germany)
The research project “Bewegung als Prinzip – Dynamik und Transformation als politische Impulse im 5. Jh. vor Christus”, funded by the Einstein Foundation at the Freie Universität Berlin and directed by Professor Christian Wendt (FU Berlin) and Professor Neville Morley (Bristol), is offering one PhD fellowship for a well-qualified applicant in the field of ancient Greek history.
The doctoral fellowship offers a stipend of 1350 Euros per month up until December 31st 2018 – if the project will gain additional funding, it will be expanded to 36 months. International applications are welcome: the doctoral thesis can be written in either German or English.
After your successfull application you will be enrolled in the BerGSAS and in the doctoral program Ancient Languages and Texts.
