liebe Kollegen und Freunde,
als Präsident der Amo-Gesellschaft lade ich Sie ganz herzlich zum Vortrag von Prof. Dr. Manuel Muranga am 01.02.2013 ein. Genaue Hinweise zur Veranstaltung finden Sie in der angehängten Datei.
Rev. Manuel Muranga ist ist Prof. für Germanistik an der Makerere University in Kampala sowie Principal der Bishop Barham University Kabale (Uganga). Er ist zurzeit DAAD-Fellow bei mir am Institut für Philosophie der Freien Universität Berlin.

« Anton Wilhelm Amo or Anthony William Amo was born in what is now Ghana, taken to Europe, and became a respected philosopher and teacher at the universities of Halleand Jena in Germany. He was the first African known to have attended a European university.Amo was a Nzema (an Akan people).
