Scholarship opportunities – European Master in Applied Ecology (France)

Call for application occurs in November each year for the programme begining in September the following year (i.e. in Nov. 2011 for the programme beginning in Sep. 2012). Since the application to the programme is linked to the application to Erasmus Mundus scholarship (both for EU and non-EU applicants), the deadline is planed January 15th.

Online procedure: The submission must be started on the website. The applicant shall to register prior to access to the online formulars (a form for personal details, a form for application details and a form to be use as a check-list). The data are preserved from one session to the next in the case of re-applicants but the documents can be updated. The personal details recorded in our database are protected, confidential and used exclusively on the purpose of the EMMC-EMAE programme according the French national rules (CNIL: National Council related to Informatics & Freedom) and are susceptible to be transmit to the European Commission (EACEA) for its own database. A registered member can ask to be removed from our database. Once the forms are filled-in, the applicant shall print the application report and shall to date and to sign it. Until the selection notification the applicant has not to send paper copies. However, in case of selection, certified copies of all the paperwork will be required and sent by postmail.

If the applicant has a doubt on his/her material, he/she must ask for further explanation before the deadline. After the deadline, the exchange between applicant and EMAE selection board will be at the initiative of EMAE only until the publication of the results.

This master programme is organised in partnership with Universities of Poitiers (France), Coimbra (Portugal), Norwich (United Kingdom), Kiel (Germany) .

Points of submission: The application shall be submitted by electronic mail by the deadline, then, in case of selection only, the paperwork must be send by postmail also using the electronic addresses below:

Please, use exclusively one of the following file formats for your documents: Adobe Acrobat (PDF), GIFor JPG Image, Microsoft Document Imaging (MDI) or Microsoft XPS Document Writer (XPS), Microsoft Office file format or Sun Microsystem OpenOffice file format.
Note: Other formats could be refused.
Your documents must be sent in one or more email(s) and in Archive file(s) (ZIP format is prefered).
Please, include in the « subject » of your email(s) your ID applicant which appears in the application report (for instance: TC1384-EMAE2012 application material part 1/3). Keep a very inteligible and easy nomenclature of your files (refer to the letter for each document required given in the list of documents.
Note: Your archive will be probably not open before the deadline, thus, be sure that everything is correct before to send the completed application. The missing document will not be requested.
